These people have more integrity and professionalism than I have seen in a long time.

I've been using Strictly for almost 10 years now. The one thing that I can confidently say is that they are straight shooters who, in my experience, only do work that actually needs to be done. They do the work well. If there is a mistake, they take responsibility for it. I think the most important thing you can say about an auto-repair place is that you trust them. I trust Misty and the team. They have gone wildly beyond my expectations for what a shop would do to try to find solutions to some pretty out-there issues I've had with my vehicle. Most recently, they figured out that I'd received contaminated gas and even went so far as to bring in an outside expert to do chemical testing on the gasoline to prove it was contaminated. In full transparency, they are not the cheapest shop and that can be frustrating at times. But, you get what you pay for, and what I've gotten for 10 years is reliable, trustworthy service. Good people. Good work. Highly recommend.

Their Google replies to both positive and negative reviews felt genuine, and it seemed like they could be just what I needed. I crossed my fingers and called to ask some questions before arranging an appointment. The more I spoke with Justin, my first point of contact, the more I felt like this shop was right for me. He listened carefully, gave thoughtful responses, and was very flexible about scheduling around my quirky timing changes, so we set a PPI appointment. After arriving in the car to be inspected and meeting Justin and his team in person, I felt even more confident about investing with them for honest feedback on the PPI. The price was fair and competitive too. Strictly Automotive delivered a thorough Pre‑Purchase Inspection that helped me feel confident about my next decision. I feel very fortunate to have found professionals like Justin, Misty, and Alyssa — they couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Plus, they’re located in a great part of Denver, with walkable coffee shops nearby that make waiting for car service feel more like a little outing than a chore.
